Les modèles de formation en adaptabilité correspondent à des lignes directrices ou à un ensemble de stratégies dont se servent les praticiens pour orienter leur enseignement sur l’adaptabilité. Le modèle en soi fournit un cadre pour aider les participants à se doter de compétences en adaptabilité.
